This unit has two subdivisions : the production of prefabricated concrete components on the one hand, and metal structures on the other hand.
THE PREFABRICATED CONCRETE DEPARTMENT
Our prefabricated concrete department exclusively specializes in the production of wall components (± 265.000 m²/year) and in prefabricated foundations. Thanks to different production systems both standardized and technically difficult wall components can be produced efficiently.
 | Wall components are either smooth or feature a decorative course in washed gravel. There is a wide range of colours. Furthermore all elements can be equipped with an incorporated insulation layer wich makes them greatly suitable for the construction of walls of industrial and agricultural halls, office buildings, warehouses and workshops, showrooms, ... 40% of the total production is exported to the Netherlands. |
THE METAL DEPARTMENT
The entire focus of the metal department is on the manufacture of metal structures for industrial buildings.
Our most up-to-date CNC-controlled machinery guarantees an extremely accurate execution.
The annual production of ± 3000 tonnes consists almost entirely of truss construction, framework and roller tracks.
A finishing touch can be applied by painting or galvanizing the structures.
